Job Description
The Treasurer will play a critical role in managing the company’s financial health by overseeing cash flow planning, liquidity forecasting, and funding strategies. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and mitigating financial risks, maintaining strong relationships with financial institutions, and ensuring compliance with internal controls and external regulations related to treasury functions. This role requires a sound understanding of financial markets, investment options, and risk management principles.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day cash flow to ensure the availability of funds
Forecast short- and long-term liquidity requirements
Develop and implement funding strategies in line with company objectives
Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks
Monitor and optimize banking and financial relationships
Ensure compliance with treasury policies and financial regulations
Provide regular reports on financial position and investment performance

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
Proven work experience in treasury or a related financial role

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software tools
