Minimum Requirements and Competencies
Proven experience as a training instructor in a security-related field.
Strong knowledge of security protocols, procedures, and best practices.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to create and maintain an inclusive training environment.
Sensitivity to gender-related issues and a commitment to promoting diversity in the workplace.
Relevant certifications in security training is a plus.
