About the Role
We are looking for a Telesales Supervisor to lead our telesales team in generating high-quality leads, converting prospects into sales, and consistently achieving performance targets. The ideal candidate is results-driven, experienced in the full telesales cycle, and passionate about team development and customer satisfaction.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Conversion: Drive effective telesales strategies that generate quality leads and convert them into paying customers.
Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the telesales team to meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Coaching & Development: Provide regular training, mentorship, and performance feedback to boost team effectiveness.
Sales Tracking & Reporting: Monitor sales metrics and generate performance reports using CRM and other tools.
CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads and sales interactions.
Customer Engagement: Ensure high-quality, customer-focused interactions during all stages of the sales process.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, operations, and customer service to align strategies and improve outcomes.
Success Indicators
Sales team consistently meets or exceeds sales targets.
Achieves 150-bike sales target within the first 3 months.
Improved lead-to-conversion ratio.
Higher productivity and reduced team turnover.
Positive customer feedback on telesales interactions.
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of telesales experience, including at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
Strong knowledge of sales funnels, lead generation strategies, and conversion techniques.
Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and coach a team to deliver results.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in CRM systems and comfortable with basic data analysis.
