- Contact potential and existing customers through phone calls

- Follow up leads and customer inquiries
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Convert leads into successful sales
- Handle customer concerns and provide accurate information
- Maintain proper sales and customer records
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Work closely with the sales and customer support teams
- Represent the company professionally at all times
