  • Onboard new customers, ensuring smooth integration into the company’s system.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum of a Diploma in Sales, Marketing, or a related business field from a recognized institution.

  • Strong ability to close sales and resolve customer complaints.

  • At least 6 months of experience in Tele-Sales.

  • Basic knowledge of office administration and office software.

  • Age range: 23 to 30 years.


Other Attributes:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including strong listening abilities and stress management.

  • Analytical skills for preparing reports and understanding sales data.

  • High integrity and the ability to work effectively in and lead a dynamic team.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Familiarity with company credit/lending policies.

  • Team player with the ability to manage people efficiently in a changing work environment.

  • Proficient in computer use and database management.

  • Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
