How to Apply
Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on trucks and heavy equipment, ensuring all work is completed right the first time.
Perform scheduled maintenance tasks and pre-delivery inspections on new trucks and equipment.
Prepare and submit detailed defect reports for any issues identified during inspections or maintenance.
Accurately carry out tasks listed on job cards, following manufacturers' guidelines and internal service procedures.
Ensure quality control in all service work to minimize repeat jobs and enhance customer trust.
Use and maintain technical tools and equipment responsibly to prevent accidents and unnecessary costs.
Maintain a clean and organized working area, adhering to CFAO’s 5S workshop standards.
Comply with all Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) regulations and use provided PPE at all times.
Participate in training and development programs to enhance technical skills and service performance.
Handle customer vehicles and tools with care to prevent damage and ensure customer satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in equipment maintenance and automotive repair, particularly for trucks and heavy-duty vehicles.
Strong technical knowledge and a commitment to quality workmanship.

Willingness to participate in ongoing learning and professional development.
