Essential Job Duties

• Provide technical oversight and strategic direction for the project, ensuring alignment with the latest scientific research and best practices.

• Oversee the design, planning, and monitoring of project activities to strengthen local health authorities' capacity.

• Lead the development and review of project work plans, strategies, and technical documents.

• Facilitate the use of data and learning to improve project strategies and activities.

Supervisory Responsibilities

• Oversee a diverse team of project staff, ensuring effective implementation and coordination of project activities.

Fiscal Responsibility

• Maintain oversight of the project’s budget, ensuring all financial operations are transparent and comply with donor and organizational policies.

Physical Demands and Working Conditions

• This position involves frequent travel and fieldwork in environments that may be physically demanding and under stressful conditions.
