Job Description
Job Title: Technical Assistant

Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
The main responsibility of the position holder’s:
Demonstrate personal commitment to HSE performance in accordance with Total Group objectives, Develop, plan and follow up the implementation of MAESTRO on site and the follow-up of the HSE policies relative to site logistics operations
Identifies, drives, promote and work on continuous improvement projects (hereunder innovation projects) through improvement of equipment and methods used, hereunder tools, systems, services and operating procedures;
Establish LSO deliverables in the integrated asset planning with Planning & Coordination and through an effective feedback loop ensures to continuously update forecasted logistics assets required, operational plans and budgets;
Ensure embedment and consistency of Logistics referential and TEPU procedures and its respect by users;
Responsible for the deployment of relevant tools and systems on site, in charge of developing REX, Point of contact for LSO/MTH/Innovation team on site.
Carry out technical analysis and support different evaluations, Interact with other technical entities for the planning of activities and progress follow-up.
Maintain Logistics Anomaly reporting database on site (Synergy or excel data base) and ensures the corrective actions are implemented Ensure the Logistics downgraded situations and Management of Change data base are maintained and updated according to the operations
Participates in the SQM (Safety Quality Meeting) with LSO contractors and maintains a follow up of any recommendation or corrective action required.
Participate in the implementation of the key performance indicators tools according to the evolution of the activities Maintain and update the Department Action Plan & planning.
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Bachelors degree in Engineering or equivalent.
Experience
Minimum 05 years experience in Project Logistics at senior level with in depth knowledge of Onshore project
Logistics Management in a very busy and demanding environment in Oil and Gas industry and major offshore projects/fields, Hands on experience in onshore Health, Safety & Environment operations in complex and major Oil and Gas operations with ability to work under pressure and stressing conditions, ability to adapt, analyse problems and communicate with all entities, flexible and able to write Standing Instructions and Procedures.
Knowledge and experience in ERP systems including SAP and database management including MS access, word, project, excel.
