1. Management, Leadership, and Commitment

• Prepare and facilitate regular HSE meetings and workshops.

• Track and follow up on action plans arising from HSE meetings.

• Support HSE communications, campaigns, and initiatives, including WDFS activities, from preparation through implementation and follow-up.

2. Risk Management

• Support Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment (HIRA) processes, including preparation, facilitation, participation, and review.

• Assist with Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) specification, ordering, and follow-up.

• Follow up on execution of SIMOPS and COMOPS dossiers.

3. Competency and Training

• Coordinate HSE training activities and follow up on completion.

• Track Safepass completion, manage Lizzy access, and assist in organizing group training sessions.

4. Emergency Preparedness

• Support the preparation and execution of major emergency drills.

• Participate in emergency response exercises as required.

5. Learning from Events

• Record incidents in the Synergi system and follow up on case management.

• Perform quality control of Synergi entries and ensure proper database governance.

• Follow up on incident action plans and send reminders for overdue actions.

• Prepare and disseminate REX (Return of Experience) communications, including lessons learned, safety initiatives, and contributions to Safety+ programs.

6. Monitoring, Audit, and Inspection

• Track implementation of audit corrective actions.

• Support the distribution of observation and recognition materials.

7. Performance Improvement

• Monitor, analyze, and report on key HSE performance indicators (KPIs), including incidents, observations, and Life Saving Checks trends.
