Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Early Childhood Development (ECD)
PRIMARY SECTION
1. Mathematics/Science Teacher (1 Position)
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Primary Education
2. English/Social Studies (SST) Teacher (1 Position)
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Primary Education
3. Class Assistants (3 Positions)
Qualification:
- Diploma in Primary Education or its equivalent
SECONDARY SECTION
1. English/Literature Teacher (1 Position)
Qualification:
- Bachelor of Arts with Education
2. Physics/Mathematics Teacher (1 Position)
Qualification:
- Bachelor of Science with Education
3. Biology/Chemistry Teacher (1 Position)

Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons in line with the Cambridge Curriculum and school policies.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment that supports academic excellence and Christian values.
- Assess, record, and report on learners’ progress accurately and in a timely manner.
- Develop and use a variety of teaching and learning strategies to meet the diverse needs of learners.
- Maintain effective classroom management and promote positive learner behavior and discipline.
- Integrate Christian principles and character development into teaching and daily interactions with learners.
- Prepare learners for internal and external assessments and examinations where applicable.
- Participate actively in school activities, staff meetings, professional development, and co-curricular programs.
- Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding learners’ progress and wellbeing.
- Support learners’ pastoral, social, emotional, and spiritual development.
- Uphold the school’s policies, safeguarding standards, and code of conduct at all times.
- Contribute positively to the school community and actively participate in the life of Worship Harvest Ministries.
