Job Description
The Headteacher will provide overall leadership, management, and administration of the school. The role ensures quality teaching, effective management of staff and resources, and compliance with Ministry of Education and Sports (MOES) regulations.

Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and vision for the school.
- Supervise teaching staff and ensure high teaching standards.
- Oversee curriculum implementation and student performance.
- Manage school resources, facilities, and operations.
- Maintain communication with parents, the community, and regulatory bodies.
- Ensure compliance with MOES regulations and reporting requirements.
