Job Description
Reports to the Systems Completion Manager and responsible for processing completed Inspection Test Records (ITR) & Commissioning check sheets. Ensuring that all supporting documentation is correctly associated and attached to the corresponding ITR for uploading into the Project Completions Management System (CMS). Uploading completions check sheets and reporting on check sheet completions activities in the Project Completions Management System.
Candidate will have strong data inputting integrity and attention to detail with experience in handover dossiers.
Knowledge of Completions Management System (CMS) on a large oil & gas project is a plus.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively within the Project team and with Client to maintain positive relationships
- Liaise with the Systems Completion Manager to ensure all records are processed and entered into Systems Completion database
- Supports the CMS Administrator with database checks to confirm completeness of data including check sheets, commissioning procedures and vendor data
- Filing / scanning of ITR check sheets as required
- Compilation of electronic and hard copy systems for the Handover Dossiers and Turnover Packages as necessary
- Review and understand the Completions Plan for the Project
- Tracking Outstanding Work List (OWL) Items
- Assist the Site QA/QC group in compiling Turnover Package documentation for submission to Company
