The job requires a diploma in mechanical engineering or a related field, as well as at least three years of experience in pump and pipe maintenance.
The job also requires knowledge of hydraulic systems, welding techniques, safety standards and quality control.
The Supervisor-Pump & Pipe Maintenance must be able to plan, organize and supervise the work of a team of technicians, as well as troubleshoot and solve problems that may arise.
The job also involves preparing reports, budgets and schedules, as well as ensuring compliance with the company's policies and procedures.
