Job Description
The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and executing a content strategy across all social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram. This role involves creating and curating compelling content, managing daily posts, monitoring engagement, and analyzing metrics to guide content improvement. The successful candidate will work closely with the marketing and communications teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across platforms.

How to Apply
Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, and written) across all social media channels
Develop social media strategies to increase online presence and engagement
Monitor social media platforms for customer feedback, trends, and brand-related conversations
Plan and schedule content calendars using relevant tools
Collaborate with other departments to ensure brand consistency
Analyze performance metrics and prepare regular reports on social media activity
Stay current on industry trends and digital media best practices
Respond to queries and engage with followers in a timely and professional manner
Diploma or Associate Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field
No prior work experience required (fresh graduates encouraged to apply)
Strong understanding of major social media platforms
Creative thinking with excellent written and visual communication skills
Ability to create content using design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Spark) is a plus
Highly organized and capable of managing multiple tasks
Basic knowledge of analytics tools such as Facebook Insights, Instagram Analytics, etc.
