The Supervisor Operations will oversee and manage daily banking operations to ensure efficiency, compliance, and customer satisfaction. The role includes monitoring transaction processes, managing staff performance, and ensuring adherence to banking policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of banking operations, excellent leadership skills, and a focus on maintaining a high level of service quality.

How to Apply
Supervise day-to-day back-office operations across the bank’s branches to ensure timely processing and service delivery.
Oversee and manage SWIFT operations including message processing, confirmations, and reconciliation.
Monitor and handle all local and international settlements ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Coordinate agency banking activities, including onboarding, reconciliation, and issue resolution.
Manage payment systems such as RTGS, EFT, ACH, mobile money platforms, card processing, and instant payments.
Liaise with IT and vendors to ensure smooth operation of payment platforms and troubleshooting issues as they arise.
Review and verify daily reports, reconciliations, and transactions to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Banking Operations
Understanding of the financial services sector, legal framework, Bank Policies
Knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Project and PowerPoint)
Understanding of Bank products and services and knowledge of the banking operation issues in Uganda.
Proactive and quick response to customers and employees’ queries;
Excellent interpersonal skills
