Kinyara Sugar Limited, situated on Plot 31, Block 9 &10, Bujenje, Masindi a manufacturer of quality mill light brown & brown sugar invites applications from suitably qualified Ugandans to fill the following vacant posts in its Agricultural Workshop and Agriculture Departments.

Fleet Management:
Oversee the daily operations of the motor vehicle section, including the use and maintenance of vehicles.
Ensure all vehicles are maintained in good working condition and available for use as needed.
Monitor vehicle utilization and recommend improvements for efficiency.
Maintenance and Repairs:
Schedule regular maintenance and inspections of all vehicles.
Coordinate and oversee repairs, ensuring they are completed timely and effectively.
Maintain detailed records of all maintenance and repair work performed on each vehicle.
Staff Supervision:
Manage and supervise a team of mechanics, drivers, and other staff within the motor vehicle section.
Assign tasks and monitor the performance of staff, providing training and support as needed.
Conduct performance evaluations and address any issues or concerns with staff performance.
Safety and Compliance:
Ensure all vehicles and operations comply with local, state, and federal safety regulations.
Develop and enforce safety policies and procedures for vehicle operation and maintenance.
Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and address potential hazards.
Budget Management:
Prepare and manage the budget for the motor vehicle section.
Monitor expenditures and ensure costs are kept within budget.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to reduce expenses.

Applicants must be holders of Ordinary Diploma/Advanced certificate in Automotive Engineering for Mechanics/Auto Electrician and holders of Bachelors degree/Higher diploma in Automotive Engineering for position of Supervisor Agric.
W/shop from a recognized Institution.
While Bachelor's degree in Agriculture for position of Supervisor/Superintendent - Field from a recognized Institution.
Computer knowledge will be an added advantage.
