Abacus is seeking passionate and qualified professionals to join its team. Below are the available positions:
Stores Clerk – (01 Position)
Department: Supply Chain
Reports to: Stores Executive
Location: Uganda
Purpose of Role:
To manage the movement, storage, and issuance of raw and packaging materials in accordance with SOPs.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Receive and verify materials, ensuring proper documentation.
Maintain clean, organized, and secure storage conditions.
Conduct monthly physical stock counts and reconcile figures.
Issue materials to production and ensure reconciliation.
Maintain accurate logbooks and inventory records.
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Qualifications:
Diploma in Business Studies or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Skills:
Strong record-keeping, analytical, and computer literacy skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Teamwork, responsibility, and attention to detail.
