Job Description
The Storeman at BUCO Brits will oversee day-to-day stock management activities to support efficient store operations. This involves monitoring stock levels, controlling dispatch, ensuring accurate pricing and labelling of products, and implementing loss control strategies. The position also includes conducting regular stock takes, ensuring proper stock rotation to reduce losses, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. The Storeman will interact with customers, provide service support, and uphold BUCO’s values and culture in all duties.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Manage and control stock levels.
Oversee dispatch of stock to customers.
Provide quality customer service.
Implement stock rotation practices.
Monitor and enforce loss control management.
Price and label products accurately.
Conduct stock takes and maintain stock records.
Maintain housekeeping and store cleanliness.
Promote and uphold BUCO’s values and company culture.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Grade 12 certificate (or equivalent).
Minimum of 1 year’s experience in a relevant retail store environment.
