The Store Manager oversees overall restaurant operations, ensuring profitability, operational efficiency, high service standards, and team performance.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations and service efficiency
- Supervise staff schedules, training, and performance
- Oversee inventory and supplier relationships
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues
- Track sales performance and operational KPIs
- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams
