Job Description
We are currently seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to join our team in the following full-time roles:
The Indian Cuisine Chef leads the preparation and presentation of authentic North and South Indian dishes, ensuring quality, consistency, and innovation in menu offerings while maintaining high kitchen standards.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Prepare and present a variety of Indian dishes with consistency and creativity
- Develop and innovate menus featuring regional Indian specialties
- Ensure quality control, portion accuracy, and timely service
- Manage and train junior kitchen staff in Indian cooking techniques
- Monitor inventory and maintain specialty spices and ingredients
- Uphold hygiene and food safety standards
