Job Description
We are currently seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to join our team in the following full-time roles:
The Sous Chef supports the Head Chef in overseeing kitchen operations, ensuring food quality, staff supervision, and efficient service delivery.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing menus and daily specials
- Supervise kitchen staff and ensure smooth workflow
- Maintain food quality, presentation, and consistency
- Manage inventory, stock rotation, and waste reduction
- Uphold hygiene and sanitation standards
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff
- Collaborate on new recipes and seasonal menus
