Job Purpose:
Responsible for the receipt, storage, and issuance of products, raw materials, and packaging materials.
Maintains accurate records and ensures proper storage and security of inventory in a fast-paced and regulated environment.
Receive and inspect products, raw materials, and packaging materials.
Store items in designated areas and maintain organized inventory.
Issue materials and goods to authorized personnel for production, quality control, and shipping.
Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, receipts, and issuances.
Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies.
Ensure proper storage and security of products and comply with regulatory requirements.
Assist in preparing orders and shipments.
Collaborate with logistics, production, and quality control teams to optimize inventory management.
Perform other related duties as required.

Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement and logistics management or any related field
Specific Skills
1-2 years of experience in storekeeping or inventory management in a regulated industry (consumer goods, pharmaceuticals, etc.)
Basic knowledge of inventory management principles and practices
Attention to detail and accuracy
Organizational and time management skills
Ability to lift and move heavy objects (if required)
Basic computer skills and knowledge of inventory management software (if required)
Familiarity with regulations and compliance requirements for consumer goods (e.g. product safety, labeling, etc.)
