The Opportunity
Join our 15,000-strong supply team globally. You will source, produce, and move some of the world’s favorite spirits and beers across our value chain. In planning, manufacturing, logistics or engineering, you will be saving us money, protecting the environment, and keeping all our brands thriving.
You will learn from experienced engineers and technicians, and gain hands-on experience in using tools, software and equipment.
You will also participate in workshops, seminars and mentoring sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.
You will be expected to follow health and safety protocols, work collaboratively with others, and demonstrate initiative and creativity.
You will have the opportunity to apply your learning to real-world challenges and contribute to the success of the organization.

To apply for the apprenticeship program, you must hold a Higher Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a public or accredited private academic institution in the following fields.
Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical/Automation & Instrumentation)
Governance & Quality (Food Science & Technology/Biochemistry/Chemistry/Industrial Chemistry/Chemical engineering or microbiology)
Packaging (Mechanical/Industrial or Electrical Engineering specialization)
As a STEM Apprentice (Mechanical Preferred), you will be part of a team that designs, develops and tests innovative mechanical solutions for various projects.
Applicants should have finished their studies or graduated within the last two years
Evidence of excellence in the stated fields.
Desire to gain professional experience and incredible eager to learn and explore possibilities.
Strong listening oral and written communication skills.
Ambition to learn with a high attention to detail and pride in your work.
