Social Performance Intern job at Total Energies EP Uganda

TotalEnergies EP Uganda is looking to offer internships to university students currently in the 2nd or 3rd year of study and would require a work placement as part of their course of study
Provide support to the Human Resources & Administration department.
Conducting research and analysis on social issues and stakeholders related to the company's operations and projects in Uganda.
Assisting in the development and monitoring of social performance indicators and reporting tools.
Participating in the preparation and delivery of social performance training and awareness sessions for internal and external audiences.
Contributing to the identification and management of social risks and opportunities for the company.
Supporting the coordination and communication with relevant internal and external stakeholders, such as government agencies, civil society organizations, local communities, etc.

Qualification & Experience:
Bachelor's degree related to Communication, Project Planning & Management, Social Sciences & Social Work, and Administration, or a related field
Selection criteria
Pursuing a Bachelor's degree program from recognized National Universities
Must provide an introduction letter from the University and a copy of student Current academic scores must reflect a potensal minimum of an upper second-class degree
Must provide a partial transcript/copy of academic scores to-date
Must be available full time for the duration of the internship period
Excellent verbal and numeracy skills and problem-solving ability
Good communication skills and a positive attitude
Must write and submit an internship application letter
