Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic, self-driven candidate to join our team for a fixed-term contract in the Finance Department. The Interns will be responsible for managing various processes in Finance including ensuring accuracy, security, and compliance with company financial procedures.

The role safeguards company funds, maintains proper documentation, and supports timely reporting to the Accounts Department.

Duties, Roles and Responsibilities

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Preparing vouchers and committal documents in accordance with the laid down rules and regulations.
  • Undertaking primary data entry.
  • Filing accounting documents.
  • Preparing simple financial reports.
  • Preparing of invoices for payments.
  • Processing of payments
  • Budget preparation
  • Inventory management
  • Ensuring safe custody of accounts documents.
  • Perform a limited range of management accounting.
  • Undertake Bank reconciliations daily.
  • Receive, authenticate, and post cheques/RTGS and banking slips.
