Ramosmax Automotive Care Uganda is looking for a creative and tech-savvy Social Media Manager to enhance our digital presence and connect with our audience across various platforms. If you're passionate about content creation and digital engagement, we’d love to hear from you!
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Plan and create engaging content (videos, images, stories, captions) for platforms such as TikTok, YouTube, WhatsApp Business, Snapchat, Instagram, and X (Twitter)
Develop and implement a strategic social media plan to grow brand awareness and attract new clients
Maintain a consistent posting schedule aligned with our brand goals (KPIs will be provided)
Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages, and building a loyal online community
Monitor performance metrics and report on campaign effectiveness

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Demonstrated experience managing social media accounts (personal or professional)
Strong content creation skills—video editing, photography, graphic design
Up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and platform algorithms
Creative thinker with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with analytics tools like Instagram Insights, YouTube Analytics, etc., is a plus
