Job Description
We’re seeking a Social Media Lead to build our digital community, create viral-worthy content, and drive student engagement across all platforms. You’ll lead 3 platform specialists and be responsible for growing our social presence and supporting recruitment goals.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead and manage platform-specific content managers
- Develop and execute social media strategy across all platforms
- Create engaging content strategy for Gen Z audience
- Manage community engagement and respond to inquiries
- Execute paid social campaigns and track performance
- Monitor trends and identify viral content opportunities
- Prepare monthly performance reports and insights
- Ensure consistent brand voice across all platforms
