The Sales Manager – Wanli Tyres will lead the national sales strategy for Wanli Tyres, supervise regional sales representatives, and drive business growth. The role requires strategic planning, team leadership, and data-driven decision-making to achieve sales targets across Uganda.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the national sales strategy for Wanli Tyres in line with company objectives.
- Supervise and provide leadership to regional sales representatives.
- Set monthly, quarterly, and annual sales performance targets for the team.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales planning.
