Position Summary: Site Storekeeper
Reports to: Finance Manager
Employment Type: Full-time (18 hours per week)
Leave: 21 days annual leave
Contract Type: Project-based, with a 6-month probation period

We are seeking a qualified, proactive, and detail-oriented Site Storekeeper to join our team. You will manage the operations of our on-site storeroom and play a vital role in stock handling, inventory control, and ensuring the smooth flow of materials.

How to Apply
Receive, unload, inspect, and properly shelve supplies and materials
Maintain accurate records of receipts, withdrawals, and stock levels
Coordinate and confirm deliveries, support documentation follow-up
Handle inventory-related tasks such as labeling, packaging, and returning faulty goods
Ensure the safe handling and proper storage of all materials from receipt to issuance
Conduct routine inspections to identify damage or discrepancies and report them for appropriate action
Maintain clear and organized stock records for inventory tracking and audits
Support the coordination of daily store requests and site team needs
Oversee handling and maintenance of equipment, including minor repairs
Perform additional tasks as requested by management
Education: Minimum of an A’ Level certificate; a diploma in Procurement, Stores Management, or a related field is an added advantage
Experience: At least 2 years of hands-on experience in storekeeping, inventory management, or recordkeeping
Skills & Attributes:
Good understanding of bookkeeping and inventory systems
Strong data entry, analysis, and organizational skills
Effective communication (written and verbal)
Strong attention to detail and time management
Ability to work independently and proactively
Willingness to learn and adopt new practices
Familiarity with common office equipment and digital tools
