Job Description
Job Title: Showroom Customer Care (Fresher Jobs)
Organisation: EBC
Duty Station: Kampala, Uganda
Net Salary: 500,000-900,000Ugx
The Showroom Customer Care is responsible for assisting customers with inquiries about motorcycles, spare parts, accessories, and services, while ensuring smooth coordination between sales, service, and parts departments. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, knowledgeable, and capable of handling inquiries, complaints, and transactions with professionalism and efficiency. A strong understanding of motorcycles and dealership operations is an advantage.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Provide accurate product information, pricing, warranty details, and delivery timelines
Assist customers in placing orders, booking test rides, or scheduling service appointments
Coordinate with the sales, parts, and service departments to fulfill customer requests
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming showroom environment
Handle customer feedback, complaints, and after-sales concerns efficiently
Update customer information and follow up on pending inquiries or sales
Promote promotional offers, finance options, or loyalty programs when applicable
Prepare basic reports on customer visits, inquiries, and feedback trends
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage
Minimum 2–3 years experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in automotive, motorcycle, or retail sales
Specific Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Conflict resolution and complaint handling
Maintaining showroom cleanliness and product display organization
Team-oriented and collaborative
