Job Description
The Shopper Manager will be responsible for creating and implementing shopper marketing strategies and in-outlet programs for a designated category/brand. This includes budget management, toolkit development, stakeholder coordination, and evaluation of program effectiveness. The role requires collaboration across departments and external agencies to ensure successful execution of campaigns in line with EABL’s growth targets. The Shopper Manager must also analyze market and shopper insights to develop effective activation strategies tailored to consumer needs across different retail environments.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Develop and implement in-store/bar programs for assigned categories/brands
Create toolkits and customer propositions for execution across channels
Lead budget management for in-outlet program creation
Ensure commercial viability and category growth for all programs
Work closely with Shopper Marketing Managers and cross-functional teams including brand and innovation managers
Manage relationships with BTL/Shopper Marketing agencies and key customers
Analyze shopper data to optimize campaigns and improve ROI
Travel up to 30% across KBL divisions
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Sales/Marketing, or related field
Experience:
Minimum 4 years in a commercial environment
Proven experience in Marketing, Customer Marketing, or Sales
Experience in people management or leadership
Competencies:
Strong commercial acumen and creative judgement
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strategic thinker with ability to implement plans effectively
Skilled in managing cross-functional relationships and external agencies
Proficiency in analyzing complex data to derive actionable insights
Strong project management skills and ability to see projects through from ideation to completion
Ability to work flexibly and adapt to dynamic environments
