Organising manpower and material required to operate the shift with minimum breakdown Provides technical support to production, maintenance management and technical personnel. Provide training and organising internal and external trainings to the subordinates.
To execute the Preventive, predictive and Breakdown maintenance of field Instruments
Root cause analysis of failures of field instruments and control system
Instrumentation network analysis and rectifying the faults
Carrying out updates of Control system softwares,updating the patches sent by the OEM
Configuring new instruments, tuning the loops, creating logics as and when required and approved by management
Organising manpower and material required to operate the shift with minimum breakdown
Provides technical support to production, maintenance management and technical personnel.
Provide training and organising internal and external trainings to the subordinates.
Ensure the Safety at work.
Knowledge in Yokogawa DCS is essential.
BACHELORS IN ENGINEERING/PHYSICS and /or Diploma in Engineering with minimum 5 years’ experience
Experience, Skills and Competences:
Minimum 3 Years as Instrument Engineer for Bachelor Degree holder or minimum 5 years of relevant Instrumentation experience for Diploma Holder.
Communication Skills:
Should be able to communicate in English and has good knowledge in computer
