Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Deliver guest welcoming, provide efficient guest service
Manage guest bookings and handling inquiries
Handling and organizing special requests made by guests
Any other duty assigned by management in line with the job role

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field/degree
Minimum 2 years relevant experience
