Job Title: Academic Supervisor – Several Positions
Organisation: Dream Africa Schools
Duty Station: Kampala, Uganda
Job Summary: To oversee teaching quality, curriculum implementation, and academic standards across the school.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Supervise and evaluate teachers through classroom observations and feedback.
Ensure curriculum alignment and effective instructional practices.
Organize and lead teacher training and development programs.
Monitor student academic performance and implement improvement plans.
Collaborate with the Head of School on academic policies and innovations.
