Ensure curriculum alignment and effective instructional practices.
Organize and lead teacher training and development programs.

Collaborate with the Head of School on academic policies and innovations.
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Master’s degree in Education, Curriculum Development, or related field.
5+ years of teaching experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
In-depth knowledge of pedagogy, assessment, and educational trends.
Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
