Coca-Cola Beverages Africa (CCBA) is the largest African Coca-Cola Bottler, accounting for 40% of all Coca-Cola volumes. In Uganda, we seek to recruit a Settlement Clerk based at our Rwenzori Plant.
As a Settlement Clerk, you will report directly to the Team leader Stock.
KEY PURPOSE STATEMENT
The primary role of the Settlement Clerk is to ensure the real-time and accurate capture of all data in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Capture order in the system to generate picking slip.
• Print load manifest and invoice.
• Check in and out in the system (Product & Empties)
• Prepare documents for transfer of products to other warehouses.
• Receive product from production and capture in the system.
• Prepare scrapping documents (for product breakage, bottle chip-necks)
• Receive new glass, crates, sales premium items and capture in the system.
• Prepare documents for daily stock count.
• Prepare a conciliation sheet to compare with stock and production.
• Ensure all data is captured in real-time and is up to date.
• Monitor housekeeping in WH Office as per GMP requirements.
• Filing and Document management as per agreed standards
• Ensure availability of relevant safety equipment and ensure protective clothing is utilized.
• Participate in food safety management system implementation.
• Report food safety, defense, and fraud-related issues to the food safety team leader designate (SHEQ manager)
Minimum requirement: Degree in Warehouse & Logistics Management, Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience
• Minimum of two years relevant experience in FMCGs .
