CCBA is the largest Coca-Cola bottler in Africa, responsible for 40% of all Coca-Cola volumes on the continent. We are currently recruiting a Settlement Clerk to join our team at the Rwenzori Plant in Uganda.
Position Overview:
The Settlement Clerk will report to the Team Leader Warehouse and play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely data entry into Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Capture and update data in real-time to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Analyze and input data from source documents into the system.
Verify data against source documents to detect and correct errors.
Compile, sort, and validate data prior to entry.
Maintain activity logs and document completed work.
Store and manage documents according to company standards.
Transfer information from journals to ledgers and data sheets.
Perform filing and document management tasks as required.
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Bachelor's degree in Warehouse & Logistics Management, Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years' relevant experience in FMCG industries.
Previous experience as a settlement clerk is an advantage.
Skills & Competencies:
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Effective problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Customer service focused.
Advanced computer literacy with ability to capture, analyze, and verify data.
