• Log work requests and manage job cards
• Execute and close work orders accurately
• Prepare service reports

Customer Support

• Communicate clearly during service visits
• Advise clients on equipment use and care
• Build relationships and recommend solutions
• Support upselling where applicable

Problem Solving & Improvement

• Analyse root causes of failures
• Recommend performance improvements
• Collaborate to resolve technical challenges

Resource & Time Management

• Manage tasks efficiently to meet targets
• Identify tools, materials, and spare parts needs
• Emergency Response
• Respond to breakdowns, including after-hours
• Adapt to dynamic field demands

Training & Development

• Participate in technical training programs
• Support on-the-job training for colleagues

Health & Safety

• Follow all safety policies and procedures
• Report risks and incidents promptly
