Job Description

The Service Advisor acts as the liaison between customers and the workshop team. The primary role is to accurately understand customer concerns, document them clearly, and ensure timely and effective resolution. This includes handling service bookings, updating clients about the progress of their vehicles, managing expectations, resolving complaints promptly, and conducting follow-up after service. The role requires strict adherence to operational and safety standards to maintain quality service delivery.

Educational Requirements:

  • Minimum of a Diploma in Automotive or Mechanical Engineering


Experience:

  • At least 2 years of experience in the automotive industry

  • Excellent customer service orientation

  • Ability to manage conflicts effectively

  • Keen attention to detail
