Job Description
The Service Advisor acts as the liaison between customers and the workshop team. The primary role is to accurately understand customer concerns, document them clearly, and ensure timely and effective resolution. This includes handling service bookings, updating clients about the progress of their vehicles, managing expectations, resolving complaints promptly, and conducting follow-up after service. The role requires strict adherence to operational and safety standards to maintain quality service delivery.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Accurately identify customer concerns and document them in repair orders
Ensure all customer complaints are resolved efficiently and followed up
Maintain continuous communication with clients on service progress and changes
Conduct post-service follow-ups to confirm customer satisfaction
Adhere to service quality and safety standards (Kodawari and Anzen)
Promote a customer-centric service environment

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Educational Requirements:
Minimum of a Diploma in Automotive or Mechanical Engineering
Experience:
At least 2 years of experience in the automotive industry

Valid driver’s license and ability to drive
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent customer service orientation
Ability to manage conflicts effectively
Keen attention to detail
Professional demeanor and problem-solving ability
