Job Description
Full-time senior leadership role responsible for designing and overseeing learning systems and instructional frameworks for AxSEL. The position focuses on translating complex education and SEL concepts into scalable, high-quality learning solutions within African education systems.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead development of learning frameworks, pathways, and certification models
- Ensure coherence across learning, research, and programs
- Oversee development and quality assurance of training materials and tools
- Translate technical concepts into practical learning experiences
- Align learning design with program delivery and outcomes
- Support training, workshops, and capacity-building initiatives
- Work with governments, universities, and partners
- Lead co-creation and validation processes
- Support development of knowledge products and publications
- Ensure learning design is evidence-based
