Job Description
The quality assurance auditor ensures that installations, materials, and workmanship meet approved technical standards, safety requirements, and organizational procedures. The role focuses on inspection, testing, documentation, and corrective follow-up to maintain high service reliability, customer and stakeholder satisfaction.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Audit new connections to ensure compliance with UEDCL, ERA and international standards.
- Audit ready boards installations line with the company and regulatory guidelines.
- Audit material reconciliation report per connection against field findings and inventory reports.
- Follow up on resolution of issues raised by regulatory and IVA Verification reports.
- Adhere to safety, environment and social management protocols in line with UEDCL, World Bank and other funding agencies.
- Provide accurate monthly business reports on all activities carried out within the month
- 100% connection compliance rate with Independent Verification Agency reports.
- Reduction in material and installation failures.
- Inspection coverage and accuracy.
- Reduction of ineligibles.
- Timely re-imbursement of connection funds.
- Compliance with safety standards.
