Job Description
The Artificial Lift / Completion Field Specialist (Lead) is responsible for maintaining safe, efficient, and reliable product and service delivery to customers. They identify opportunities to improve service delivery, implement standard work, and manage risk during service delivery.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Artificial Lift and Completions equipment and tools preparation
- Participate in pre-job readiness activities including but not limited to CWOP, Site Visits, job briefs etc
- Supervise field installation of Artificial Lift and Completion equipment such as TRSV, Production Packer, DCIN, Seal Assembly, MFIV, Electrical and Hydraulic Control Lines, Injection Valve, Cable protector, Adjustable Union, Shifting Tool
- Setup and commissioning of Variable speed drives (VSD) for Artificial Lift Systems
- Troubleshooting and repair of surface equipment including hand pumps and chart recorders
- Accurate capture of field data ensuring job deliverables are delivered on time.
- On-the-job training of team members
- Ensure company and regulatory standard compliance by implementing the CAT, self-assessments, and wellsite inspections.
- Participate in service quality reviews with stakeholders and improve performance using action plans.
- Participate in and observe HSE policies and quality initiatives.
- Maintain the required safety and technical training.
- Responsible for service delivery execution.
- Participate in job risk analysis and continual improvement programs.
- Develop customer contacts to promote company products and services.
- Participate in Service Quality Meetings with customers and improve performance using action plans.
- Wear PPE and observe HSE policies.
