Job Description
Reporting to the Head of HR, the role drives consistent execution of HR policies and work plans across assigned business lines. Key focus areas include maintaining accurate HR data and personnel files, managing leave and contract administration, coordinating timely payroll changes, leading onboarding and induction, tracking recruitment metrics, administering performance review cycles and performance improvement plans, and coordinating training needs analysis and L&D initiatives with line managers. The position safeguards HR compliance, confidentiality, and service quality while providing actionable HR reports for decision-making.

Implement HR policies, procedures, and programs across assigned business units.
Maintain accurate HR records, generate HR reports, and securely manage personnel files (physical & electronic).
Monitor and update staff leave records daily/weekly/monthly.
Ensure employment contracts are current and compliant.
Coordinate payroll change submissions; share approved changes promptly with Payroll.
Lead onboarding/induction to embed company vision, mission, values, policies, and operations.
Compile recruitment metrics and statistical reports.
Coordinate performance appraisals; track performance development/improvement plans.
Stay abreast of training trends and best practices.
Liaise with line managers to gather and consolidate Training Needs Analysis post-appraisals; support L&D rollout.
Uphold confidentiality and HR service standards; handle ad-hoc HR assignments as needed.
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or Social Sciences (recognized institution).
CHRP or equivalent HR certification is an added advantage.
Minimum 5 years’ HR experience, preferably at supervisory level covering ER, training, and staff development.
Strong organizational and time-management skills; meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent written and verbal communication; high integrity and confidentiality.
Problem-solving mindset; adaptable to changing priorities and deadlines.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within teams.
Proficient with MS Office/HRIS and general HR documentation.
