Applications are invited from suitably qualified Ugandans to fill the vacancies which exist in Kikuube District Local Government Applications to be submitted in triplicate on Public Service Commission Form 3, (Revised 2008) for non-teaching posts and education Service Commission form 3 (revised 1998) for teaching posts should be addressed to the Secretary, Kikuube District Service Commission, P.O. Box 318, Hoima.
The closing date of receiving applications is Four weeks from the date of this advertisement. Application forms are obtainable at District Service Commissions Offices Country wide and at Public Service Commission offices or can be downloaded from the Public Service Commission website: www.psc.go.ug and www.publicservice.go.ug. Applicants should attach 3 photocopies of their Certificates, Pass-slips, Academic transcripts, Passport photographs, Identity cards (including institutional and National identity cards), and should indicate; Job Title, Reference number, Telephone contacts, email and postal addresses.

The Senior Clinical Officer is responsible for providing clinical services, supervising and mentoring health workers, planning and budgeting for health activities, and ensuring quality standards and guidelines are followed.
The Senior Clinical Officer also liaises with other stakeholders and partners in the health sector, and participates in research and health promotion activities.
To qualify for this position, one must have a Diploma in Clinical Medicine and Community Health or its equivalent from a recognized institution.
One must also have at least three years of working experience as a Clinical Officer in a public or reputable private health facility.
Additionally, one must have good communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, as well as computer literacy and knowledge of relevant laws and policies.
