Supervise field activities

Achieve timelines for farm activities and perform daily inspection checks of the fields;

Observe how work is done and intervene where necessary to ensure work is done according to SOPs and Monitor seasonal workers attendance and complete attendance register.

Monitor seasonal workers conduct at work and escalate any disciplinary issues to the Casuals supervisor.

Report any injuries or accidents in the area of operation and support in handling of emergencies.

Any other duties as may be allocated from time to time.
