This is a full-time Sales Team Leader role at Black Knight Africa.
The Sales Team Leader will be responsible for managing and leading a sales team, ensuring successful sales performance, and achieving sales targets.
The role will involve day-to-day activities such as overseeing team members, providing guidance and training, monitoring sales activities, analyzing sales data, and communicating with customers.

Strong analytical skills, including the ability to analyze sales data and identify trends
Proven experience in team management and leading a sales team
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to effectively communicate with customers and build relationships
Sales skills and the ability to drive sales performance
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Relevant experience in the security systems or IT industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Knowledge of the local market in Kampala, Uganda, is highly desirable.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Minimum of 3 YEARS EXPERIENCE in the same line of work
