How to Apply
Supervise and lead a team of sales representatives to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
Monitor sales performance and provide coaching, mentorship, and feedback to improve team output.
Develop and implement sales strategies and promotional campaigns to drive product awareness and revenue growth.

Prepare and present regular sales performance reports to management.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
At least 1–2 years in a supervisory or team leadership role.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Knowledge of the paint, printing, or color solutions industry is a plus.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
