Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

  • At least 1–2 years in a supervisory or team leadership role.

  • Strong leadership and people management skills.

  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

  • Knowledge of the paint, printing, or color solutions industry is a plus.

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
