About the Role
Jude Color Solutions is looking for motivated and results-driven Sales Supervisors to lead and support our growing sales team. This role requires individuals with strong leadership qualities, a solid background in sales, and the ability to consistently drive team performance and meet targets.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Supervise and lead a team of sales representatives to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
Monitor sales performance and provide coaching, mentorship, and feedback to improve team output.
Develop and implement sales strategies and promotional campaigns to drive product awareness and revenue growth.
Maintain strong knowledge of company products and market trends to support and guide the sales team.
Prepare and present regular sales performance reports to management.
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure efficient delivery and customer satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with internal sales policies and customer service standards.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
At least 1–2 years in a supervisory or team leadership role.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Knowledge of the paint, printing, or color solutions industry is a plus.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
