Job Description
Job Title: Sales Administrator (Fresher Jobs)
Organisation: MOGO Uganda
Duty Station: Kampala, Uganda
We’re hiring a Sales Administrator to support our sales team and ensure smooth operations across branches and agent networks. This role involves coordinating daily sales activities, maintaining accurate data, supporting agents, and driving efficiency in the sales process.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Track and support Boda Logbook & Boda Finance sales.
Manage agent data, commissions, and reporting.
Act as a liaison between agents, branches, and management.
Assist with onboarding agents, compliance, and field coordination.
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Diploma or Degree in Business-related field.
2+ years in a sales support or admin role.
Strong Microsoft Excel and coordination skills.
