Identify and reach out to potential clients to offer our microfinance products and services
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and excellent customer service.
Open financial saving accounts for clients.
Assess clients' financial needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient processing of loan applications and other financial transactions.
Actively participate in promotional activities and community outreach events to increase awareness of our services.

The applicant must hold a Certificate/Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Microfinance, Business Administration or any related business course.
Proven track record in sales or customer service roles, preferably in the financial sector/Fresh Graduates with the desired qualifications mentioned above are also encouraged to apply.
Age: Between 20-30 years.
Proficiency in Luganda is an added advantage.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Passion for making a difference and helping others achieve financial stability.
