Job Description

The Sales Manager will be responsible for formulating and executing sales strategies, overseeing sales performance, identifying growth opportunities, and managing customer relationships. The role also involves coordinating branch expansions, supervising new staff training, collaborating with marketing teams, and managing key accounts. The successful candidate will ensure the company’s sales targets are met while maintaining strong customer satisfaction and market competitiveness.

Duties, Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans and activities

  • Monitor and report on team and individual sales performance

  • Oversee regional market expansion, including branch setup and staff onboarding

  • Identify and develop new market opportunities

  • Coordinate customer account openings and encourage ATM service adoption

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet targets

  • Build and maintain strong and long-term customer relationships

  • Analyze sales metrics and recommend process improvements

  • Collaborate with the marketing department on promotional campaigns

  • Manage and grow key client accounts

  • Handle and resolve escalated customer issues

  • Stay updated on market trends and industry developments

Qualifications, Education and Competencies

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

  • At least 2 years of experience in a sales management role, preferably in financial services

  • Proven leadership and team management capabilities

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

  • Solid understanding of the sales cycle from planning to closure

  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities

  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications

  • Self-driven with the ability to work under pressure and deliver results
