We are currently seeking a results-oriented and visionary Country Sales Manager to lead our national sales strategy and drive business growth across multiple regions.
Role Summary
As Country Sales Manager, you will be responsible for designing and executing sales strategies, expanding market reach, and leading a high-performing sales team to accelerate the adoption of WANA’s clean energy products. This role is ideal for a self-driven, passionate leader with a strong background in sales and distribution, particularly in renewable energy or consumer products.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business growth and revenue goals.
Lead, manage, and motivate regional sales teams to deliver on targets and KPIs.
Identify new market opportunities, distribution networks, and partnerships.
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, partners, and institutional clients.
Monitor and analyze sales data to provide regular performance reports and insights.
Oversee field activation campaigns in coordination with marketing teams to increase brand visibility and product uptake.
Ensure efficient and cost-effective operations in all sales regions.
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales and distribution, preferably in renewable energy, FMCG, or consumer goods sectors.
Demonstrated experience in leading and scaling sales teams.
Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability and willingness to travel frequently and work in a fast-paced, field-oriented environment.
